My Story

I completed my Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto in 2016, where I developed a strong interest in psychology and philosophy. I became particularly fascinated by how our broader worldviews—such as existential nihilism—shape our experiences of meaning, wellbeing, and psychological vulnerability. I am now pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology at York University. My research focus is on scale development and the role of meaning, coping, and stress in everyday life and mental health.
