My Story

In 2016, I earned my MA in Clinical Psychology from York University, and am now completing my doctoral studies. I have worked at several hospitals and clinics throughout the GTA and have clinical experience working with a range of mental health concerns. These include anxiety and related disorders, depression, trauma, and other stress and emotional difficulties. My masters research focused on scale development, self-compassion, self-criticism, and early psychological intervention. My doctoral research focuses on the experiences and emotional well-being of clinical graduate students in their role as psychotherapists.
