My Story

I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto, majoring in Kinesiology and minoring in Psychology. Fascinated by the intersection between body and mind, I got involved in research exploring body image, weight stigma, mental health, and self-sabotage in the context of health behaviours such as exercise. Currently, I am pursuing a master’s degree in clinical psychology at York University. My master’s thesis explores the psychological concept of humility, compassionate action and well-being.
