“What actions … might it be meaningful to undertake today, if you could come to terms with never seeing the results?”

- Oliver Burkeman

My Story

I completed my MSc in Personality and Measurement at Western University in 2017, where I studied the relationships between online interpersonal behaviour and depressive symptoms. I have since become interested in how individuals’ relationships with their own thoughts and feelings contribute to their mental well-being. I am currently pursuing an MA in clinical psychology at York University. My graduate research focuses on predictors and psychological outcomes of mindfulness in daily life.
