“Sometimes you make up your mind about something without knowing why, and your decision persists by the power of inertia. Every year it gets harder to change.”

- Milan Kundera, The Unbearable Lightness of Being

My Story

I earned my BSc in 2019 from the University of Toronto - St. George. I developed an interest in clinical psychology and philosophy while studying under the likes of John Vervaeke and Tony Toneatto. I am interested in existential psychology, classic literature, and philosophy. My other research interests lay in emotional intelligence and emotion-focused therapy (EFT).
